1. Information We Collect

- Authentication Tokens: Secure JWT session tokens and refresh tokens generated upon successful login or sign-up.
- Transaction & Cashback Data: Click identifiers, store visitation history, purchased items, cashback amounts earned, and withdrawal/payout details.
2. Google OAuth 2.0 Data Protection
RewardSyncHQ supports Google OAuth 2.0 login. When you choose to authenticate using your Google account:
- We only request access to basic profile fields (your name, email address, and profile picture).
- This data is used solely to provision your RewardSyncHQ member account and authenticate your identity.
- We do not share any data retrieved via Google APIs with third-party advertisers, brokers, or data harvesters.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Cookie & Partner Tracking Policy
Like any other website, RewardSyncHQ uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
Specifically, for our partner networks (including Impact, Admitad, Mitgo, CJ), we write tracking identifiers (ClickIDs) to cookies and pass them as SubID parameters in outbound links. This allows the partner networks to match your purchase with your RewardSyncHQ account, enabling us to credit cashback to your account.
You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. However, please note that disabling cookies will prevent RewardSyncHQ from tracking your shopping visits and crediting your cashback.
4. JWT and Security
We use industry-standard JSON Web Tokens (JWT) to secure access to user accounts. JWT tokens are transmitted securely and stored in HTTP-only cookies or secure client-side storage to protect against Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).
We have also implemented strict Content Security Policies (CSP) and HTTP security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, HSTS) to protect token transmissions and system operations.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
To delete your account and remove all personal information, please navigate to your Account Settings panel or submit a request directly to support@rewardsynchq.com.
6. Policy Updates
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" timestamp above.
