• Complete Session: You must click through RewardSyncHQ's "Shop Now" or "Get Deal" button and complete your purchase immediately in the same browser session without visiting other websites.
• No Returns or Cancellations: Returned or cancelled orders are not eligible for cashback. If you return an item, the pending cashback will be voided.

We do not guarantee that cashback will track for every order, as tracking is subject to the merchant's and the partner network's tracking systems.

3. Welcome & Referral Bonuses

• New users may receive a Welcome Bonus upon creating an account.
• Welcome and referral bonuses will remain in a "Pending" status until you complete the required threshold of qualifying shopping cashback (e.g., $15.00 in confirmed shopping cashback).
• Any attempts to abuse the referral program by referring fake or duplicate accounts will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Withdrawals & Minimum Payouts

• You can request a withdrawal once your "Confirmed" cashback balance meets the minimum payout threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are processed via supported payment methods listed in the user dashboard.
• Processing times vary, but are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

5. Anti-Fraud & Account Termination

We maintain a strict anti-fraud policy. We reserve the right to audit accounts, suspend withdrawals, or terminate accounts without notice if we detect suspicious activities, including but not limited to:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access RewardSyncHQ.
• Generating false clicks or artificial transactions.
• Manipulating referral codes or signup processes.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

RewardSyncHQ is not responsible for the products, customer service, shipping, or returns of the merchants listed on our site. All purchases are made directly with the merchants, and their terms and conditions apply.
